„We found bedbugs in our room and then went back to inform the front desk and the person behind the desk tried to make excuses. He gave us another room but, the door would not shut without slamming it or using excessive force which makes me question safety. Terrible. I will not be coming here again.“

„I had a wonderful stay at the stone cottage in Knoxville!!! It was well stocked, host added a lot of extras, the house was very clean, and host communication was great!! It was a little oasis in the middle of the city and my stay was relaxing. Great fenced yard for the pups too!!! Thank you!!! “

I immediately alerted the staff at the front desk, they didn’t seem surprised about my find, they said they would switch me rooms, (I was not doing that) and we wanted to leave, they told me to email the owner about the issue, I did and haven’t heard back.“
