„We had a great stay at this perfectly renovated and decorated unit, which was nicely located on the UTK campus. Clear communication from the owners and seamless parking and entry to the building and unit were a plus. Despite the building itself being a bit long in the tooth, it was generally well maintained, and the unit made up for any shortcomings before enterting the condo. „Location is fantastic…convenient to downtown and UTK. Home was extremely clean, spacious, stocked with all the comforts of home. Beds very comfortable…best pillows in a short term rental or hotel hands down! The office space was a game changer and allowed me to easily work remotely while my daughter attended a camp at UTK. Communication, check in and out was quick and easy. Kern Food Hall across the street is convenient for a meal anytime and coffee in the morning. Highly recommend! “
