„Wir waren über Weihnachten und Neujahr mit 2 Erwachsenen und 1 Teenager in der Lodge und waren sehr zufrieden. Sehr zentral gelegen, sehr ruhig, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Einzig zu bemängeln ist der begrenzte Stauraum für die Kleidung, da wurde es für 3 Personen schon eng. Aber ansonsten für Selbstversorger sehr zu empfehlen.“

The condo is steps away from town, on the town transport line to get to the gondola (stop is right outside the front door), and has a helpful front desk to answer any questions about Breckenridge (and take your skis or board to store in a locker). „This VRBO is perfectly located to enjoy the slopes and the town of Breck. It was amazing to have access to the parking garage through the afternoon on our day of checkout. Perfect for 2-3 people. Note that there is no ski locker - we kept our skis in the car. The kitchen is perfect for breakfast or heating up a quick meal but not equipped for much beyond the basics. That's ok - there are so many restaurants in easy walking distance. Loved this place and will be back!“

„We had a great stay at Pine Ridge and 5 great days of skiing at Breck. The house is quite comfortable and roomy with a great open floor plan between kitchen, living room, and dining area. We found the beds to be equally as comfortable with foam mattresses. The location is perfect for access to town and the slopes. That said, I would not classify it as ski-in/ski-out. It is definitely a ski-in house as the 4 O'Clock run brings you just feet from the entrance and is clearly marked with a sign on ...

„This place was great. We liked the close proximity to lifts. This place (as advertised) is on the 3rd floor. Be prepared to go up and down LOTS of steps. Our family was fine with it - even with the high altitude. But, there are people who would not do well. That being said, the lift is a short walk and we LOVED how we could split up the day with lunch at the condo. The hot tub and laundry facility were very handy. „It was a short walk to the lift but able to ski almost to our door. Room was clean but small. Good for 2 people. Shower was only 3x3 feet. Refrigerator was tiny. Couldn't fit a gallon of milk and 2 liter of soda at the same time. It was the first place we ever stayed at that required us to empty trash before we left. My biggest complaint were the thermostats. They were very difficult to operate and we had problems getting it warm.“
