„Outstanding stay in historic home in keystone with beautiful grounds and wonderful staff. We were given a tour when we arrived and offered use of a gorgeous fireplace (ready to light) and sitting room, but we decided to take a walk and sit on patio overlooking pond instead. „To be perfectly honest, the condos were not at the top of mind during our stay and that is how it should be. We had zero problems, everything was clean, everything worked as you would expect. „Realize it’s off season but pretty much no front desk clerk. Had to wait for checkin but was about 45 minutes early. We left after 7AM and saw no one. No coffee even though huge pot still on from previous day. When we did see front desk clerk he was friendly and courteous. It was a good deal for price paid. “

„Very kid friendly with a playroom, games and a pool with a slide and kiddie pool area. Easy walk to the village. Unfortunately there's a massive construction project that is noisy. I'm sure when it's complete it will be beautiful but for the time being it's an eye sore. Since there's no AC in the building (which could've been better advertised) the windows needed to be open so you couldn't escape the construction noise. Additionally the dead bolt didn't work in our room. “

We went in the off season and had the area to ourselves mostly which was great to let our littles run around. Everything we needed as well. „This stay was a splurge for us, but was wonderful to spend Christmas together with our boys who are in their 20's. We actually got delicious takeout from a favorite restaurant, drank wine, and played games around the table with the fireplace going. They enjoyed having their own beds and we enjoyed the quality family time. Place was comfy and clean and close to skiing.“

„Wir hatten eine Traumblick über den zugefrorenen kleinen See in Keystone. Nach dem Skilaufen konnte man den Eisläufern oder den Eishockeyspielern zusehen. Da es aber in diesem BEreich des Keystone Resorts auch andere Häuser gibt, muss dies nicht immer so sein. Das Haus "Willows" war in den öffentlichen Bereichen in die Jahre gekommen, die uns zugewiesene Wohnung war aber perfekt in Schuss, hervorragend ausgetattet und gepflegt. Zum Einkaufen benötigt man einen Mietwagen, auch um die anderen ...

Major issue with a leaky sprinkler on one of the beds so a friend had to sleep on a pull out couch. The management did offer to move us but that seemed a larger hassle so we stayed in the room. Overall good would have been great if not a leaky sprinkler. “
