„We stayed in off season. When we arrived at 4 pm, nobody was there. Another guest let us know the keys were just behind a flower box. Got in, lovely room, clean, with plenty of amenities. Good water pressure. My only wish would be that they provide wash cloths, as well as towel racks or some form of hanging and drying our towels. There not a single hook or rack in the entire room. „I had a great time from the very beginning. Stephen and Neil were lovely and taking great care and my room had a perfect view. For breakfast I can highly recommend the Large Scotch Pancake, sooo lovely!! When you are new in Tynemouth listen carefully to Stephens advices for good food and great bars. When I had to return home, the Metro broke down because of snow. I phoned Stephen in order to ask him for help to get a Taxi, but everyone at the coast tried to get one, so I had no chance. „Had a brilliant time at Rockliffe Hall. The spa was really relaxing and well worth it. The spa treatment itself was spot on, and the views around the place are lovely. The Staff were great: polite, helpful, and made everything easy. They left a few things out for our birthday celebration, which made the day feel special. Tip: on your last morning, try to squeeze in one last 1/2 hour the spa to set you up for the day.“
