„Room in a bad shape, but the bathroom was the most terrifying I ever experienced. A very very bad old urinary kind of smell. The toilet lid fell all the time down and a lot of foreign hair on the bathroom floor. Went back to the lady behind the bar and asked for another room mentioning the bad smell. According to her, no other room available.“

„Very accommodating - we were only down for the night to attend a wedding. Allowed us to check in early and use the room to get ready before being picked up to attend. Great breakfast the following morning and had a lovely chat which came with recommendations of local things to see and do before we headed home. Also allowed us to leave our car there whilst we explored the area for a bit before we left.“

„This was our fourth stay at the cottage and the one thing I can say that we really like is consistency. It is always clean, welcoming and a bit of an oasis in the centre of Shaftesbury. We had a rental car and use of a parking space cannot be overstated in the town. The cottage is cozy and everything works! „Small booking hiccup but very professionally dealt with. Great customer service. I loved the pods, good space, all of the features you will need for a comfortable stay. Hot showers, good tea / coffee and breakfast facilities. Very clean. Compliments to the owners. Highly recommend and will be back. “
