„Worst night sleep I’ve had!
The hotel seemed dated, the room was freezing cold, it wasnt the cleanest and the curtain was broken. There were small velux type windows in the room with no blinds and a very bright green emergency exit light above the bed.
The shower was powerful but unable to move the head very much which resulted in a jet blast to the forhead and nowhere else. It was a maze to get to the room, of which you needed to remember 2 different key-codes before getting to your door. ...

„
The first impression upon entering reception (it's in the pub) is that you feel like you've walked into the crime series Midsummer Murder and are looking to find Barneby.
Our room was great, large bed, nice bathroom.
You are greeted very warmly and uprightly, and you feel like you've been treated to a very good life.
The Walnut Tree is located in a small village (approx. 400 inhabitants) and is very peaceful and full of character, making it the perfect place if you want peace and ...

„Stay away if you don't want to bring bed bugs back home. We have bed bugs in our rooms, and tried to move around the hotel, to different rooms on different floors, but the problem remained the same. We spent one night killing bed bugs all night before we gave up and moved out. Hotel has refused to give us any refund afterwards.“

„Really can’t have chosen a worse place.
No towel.
Mould on the roof
Condensation everywhere.
Flakey paint.
Aluminium foil to cover the windows.
Can’t be a real place I paid over £120 for.
Not much more I can say.
Front desk: guy was super happy and helpful so I’ll give him 5 stars.
Rest is pretty much unbelievable. The end.“

„Arrived at the property and it has closed for business leaving us stranded at the height of summer when everything is booked up. We are hours from home on a road trip.Taken our money months ago and no word from the owners, still listed online and still taking bookings. Landlord at a local pub told us tbey had gone bust. Shocking behaviour!! Beware of booking here, need to take it from your website! Doing a chargeback with credit card.“
