„This was our fourth stay at the cottage and the one thing I can say that we really like is consistency. It is always clean, welcoming and a bit of an oasis in the centre of Shaftesbury. We had a rental car and use of a parking space cannot be overstated in the town. The cottage is cozy and everything works! „Great location in a quiet, village, close to all the things we wanted to see. Lovely pub up the road (we happened to be there when the Tikka Truck was on hand. Fantastic meal!). Easy trips down to Durdle Door, Corfe Castle and Shaftesbury amongst many other options. Only a 2 hour run to Heathrow as well. The cottage has everything we needed and communication with owner great.“

„The barn at Stalbridge completely fulfilled our needs. Very good communication from the owner, easy key access, good parking information, fully self contained. Warm large bedroom which suited us in spring, comfortable bathroom , small shower cubical but we were fine with that. “

„Schönes kleines Cottage mit Garten. Den Pool haben die Kinder sehr genossen. Idealer Ausgangsort für viele Ausflüge in der Nähe (Shaftesbury, Stonehenge und Longleat House sind sehr nah, aber auch Highclere Castle oder Durdle Door an der Jurrasic Coast sind gut zu erreichen). Das Pub Fox and Hounds haben wir mehrmals besucht. Alle waren sehr freundlich. Wir können das Cottage empfehlen!“

„We are a family of 4 (2 energetic boys 7&10) and a small dog. Our main priority for this weekend break was to relax and not do very much. The cottage provided us with the perfect base to do just that. A lovely log fire for me, games room and large garden for the boys and technology for my hubby, big field for dog walks.
