Nestled in the charming town of Intervale, NH, this spacious house is just a stone`s throw away from Cranmore Mountain and a short drive to Attitash Mountain and Wildcat Mountain. Situated across the street from the picturesque railroad and Whittaker Woods walking trail, which transforms into a cross-country skiing haven in the winter, this home offers a perfect blend of convenience and natural beauty. Additionally, it`s only a mile away from the Intervale Scenic Overlook, providing stunning views just a quick 5-minute walk from your doorstep.

Guests will have private use of the entire home.

This is a professionally managed vacation rental. It is our utmost aim to provide you with the best experience from start to finish and even beyond your stay with us. Upstairs there are two bedrooms - one with king bed and another with twin over full bunk and a wooden crib.
Downstairs there are any additional 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds.
There is a bathroom on each level.
We allow up to 2 well-behaved dogs but, please note, the yard is not fenced in.

Grill is available from May 1 to October 31 and propane is provided during that time.
Parking for up to 3 cars.

Lead guest needs to be 25 years or older to book this property.
Absolutely no commercial photography or events.

We provide one bath towel per person and two hand towels per bathroom. Washcloths are not provided.
Cell service can be spotty in the area. We recommend taking a screenshot of the Wi-Fi info before arrival in case of connectivity issues.
An additional fee will apply if pet waste or cigarette butts are found in the yard.

Cooling: Mini-split units in both living rooms, and all bedrooms, except the bunk bedroom.

The top bunk is for children only.
You must be 25 and over to book.
Absolutely no parties, events, or filming.
Please remove all shoes upon entry and keep ski equipment in the entryway.
Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are allowed but by booking you acknowledge that you will clean up after them and report any damage (if any).
