Summary:
The Magnolia is nestled in a charming street within walking distance to Park Circle. This luxury home includes 4 beds, a large kitchen, walk-in shower, and a beautiful dining room. This classic home is perfect for your next getaway!

The Space:
As the name suggests, the Magnolia is a beautifully situated 4-bedroom home in the up and coming Park Circle area.

When you enter the home, you'll be welcomed by a sunlit living room and the adjacent dining room, perfect for hosting extravagant dinners. Following the historic floor plan, you'll find the breakfast nook and fully-equipped modern kitchen including complimentary coffee from Estuary Beans & Barley and Keurig pods.

The first floor includes 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. In the bathrooms we supply plush towels and luxury brand soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion to get you started. Please reach out if you need more!

The primary bedroom includes a king bed. On the second floor, there are an additional 2 bedrooms featuring 4 beds. The 3 main bedrooms each feature an Amazon Fire Smart TV, with an additional TV in the living room. Each TV is independent of each other, meaning each couple can catch up on a different 'latest episode.'

Enjoy the southern breeze on the oversized deck near the mature magnolia and oak trees. This space, along with the outdoor fire pit, will ease you into the night as you reflect on a day spent shopping or at the beach. Or, if you want to spend the afternoon lounging in the shade, playing cornhole or board games (provided), and cooking on the propane grill, this is the home for you!

And, if you need to send a few pesky emails, this home includes a dedicated office space with blazing fast WiFi (500 Mbps).

It is just a quick walk or cruise over to Park Circle restaurants and bars like Jackrabbit Filly, Basil Thai, Tattooed Moose, DIG in the Park, Commonhouse Aleworks, Stems and Skins Wine Bar, EVO Pizzeria, and many more! Holy City Brewing and Firefly Distillery are also each less than a mile away. This central location is convenient to Charleston’s many attractions, beaches, historic landmarks, and Coliseum events. • Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the Park Circle neighborhood of North Charleston, the Magnolia is the perfect place to stay. Whether you're looking for local digs, a quick trip to the beach, or heading out to the Coliseum for your favorite concert, this home is centrally located and just a short drive away!

Ten years ago, North Charleston was dubbed "Charleston's Cousin" by the New York Times. Since then, the Park Circle neighborhood has developed into an eclectic, diverse, and exciting area full of restaurants, parks, and bars within walking distance. Look no further than the Thrillist updating the Park Circle nickname to the "Brooklyn of South Carolina" for how much has changed!

For those who check-in early for a long weekend, please visit the Farmers Market held every Thursday. Or, if you're looking to retreat, take a soothing class from Barefoot Yoga followed by a glass of Pinot at the James Beard nominated Stems and Skins.

And if you've come to experience the beautiful Atlantic waves lapping at your toes, take a growler to go from Holy City Brewing to Isle of Palms or Sullivan's Island (just 15 minutes away).

Other Things to Note:
Please pay close attention to following the house rules. Non compliance could result in sizable fines.
- All guests staying at one of our Portoro Homes are required to sign (esignature) a rental agreement and complete identity registration.
- Age restrictions apply. Reservation holder must be 25 years of age.
- Upon arrival, we aim to ensure your safety, proper access to the home, and guest features. Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to Portoro.
- Known damages incurred during your stay must be reported to the property manager immediately.
- Before check in, we will send you detailed directions to ensure a seamless arrival.
- Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
- We cannot guarantee early check ins or late checkouts. When it is possible to check in early or check out late, there will be a fee for anything outside of a one hour window within our standard times. If your need for an early check in or late check out is great, your best option is to book an additional night.
- Pack n Plays or highchairs must be requested prior to arrival.
- Some homes offer pools/hot tubs. There is no guard around the water features when available. Use at your own risk.
- Some homes have cameras for external monitoring only.
- Stays over 29 days – please inquire separately for terms and conditions.
- 10+ Day Stays are subject to an additional cleaning fee at host's discretion.
- Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation.
- Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
- This home is pet-friendly. Please note, only dogs allowed and 50lb weight limit, up to 2 dogs per stay. $150.00 fee applies, per stay, per pet.
- This is a No Smoking property. Penalty fees for violations will apply and you may be asked to vacate the premises with no refund at the discretion of the Host.

Interaction with Guests:
Portoro Homes communicates via email and phone. After a booking is confirmed, rental agreement will be emailed to the guest for e-signature. Check-in instructions are sent by email and text message 48 hours prior to arrival date (keyless entry). We offer convenient keyless entry for self-check with no need to stop in at a local office. We do typically check in with guests by email/text 1-2 times during their stays to ensure a 5-star experience and remain available for any questions/inquiries. We are available to guests 24/7.

We follow the CDC and Airbnb Recommended Cleaning Guidelines. You can rest assured this property has been completely sanitized prior to check-in.

Perfect for our needs and cost effective. Away from all the July 4th beach traffic but centrally located for downtown and restaurants. Enjoyed watching the 5 foxes in the culvert next door, they were not a threat at all.

The property is in a great location--20 minutes to everywhere we visited (beaches, broad st, daniel island, shem creek). Nice, quiet neighborhood, super-clean living space with comfy beds, all the amenities needed to feel like home. There's also a private outdoor space in back.

Charleston Vacation Magnolia house

Wonderful stay at Magnolia. Three generations/six people stayed here for 6 nights. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. They provided a digital brochure that has lots of great recommendations. The location has easy access to Charleston and many restaurants close by. For families with young children there is a great playground close by. The house has nice outdoor space. We didn't use this because of the heat but would have if the weather was different. Air conditioner worked great. House was very comfortable. The house very clean with plenty of towels.

Great house in a great location

House was super clean, well stocked with toiletries, exactly as promoted & perfect for our family. Location is awesome - neighborhood is quiet, a mile from great restaurants & breweries & half an hour from Folly & IOP. We had a slight hiccup our last day where we lost hot water & a/c upstairs but someone came out within 20 minutes to try to fix it. We’d absolutely come back again & hope to do so in the near future!

Relaxing stay during a busy weekend

This property was exactly as described except the mention of how comfortable the beds were! Our group was in town directing a large food festival and while there were great moments all weekend, the beds get honorable mention. It was wonderful to return to this house each day of our stay. The home was decorated beautifully and allowed us to just relax away from the bustle of our work. Convenient to everything around town. We would definitely stay again.

The house is exactly advertised as listing says. Very clean and quiet neighborhood. Neighbors across the street would park two trucks in front of our driveway causing us to park in the grass, if you have someone that cannot walk well it would not be idea to park in grass due to rough spots.overall I would stay here again.

Great little spot for exploring Charleston!

We loved this little house! It was well appointed, very clean and updated without lots of little knick-knacks and stuff everywhere. Comfy beds, a well equipped kitchen, quiet little neighborhood, and plenty of living space for hanging out. We enjoyed using the record player, sitting on the deck, and just hanging out. This location is about 30 minutes from most places we ventured: the beach, downtown, etc., but it was fun to explore the little North Charleston area, too.Highly recommend!

House is located near highway and just a short drive to park circle with great places to eat and hang out. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, clean and well equipped. We had a great time for our first trip to Charleston and beaches. We were very happy staying here. Will def be returning.

Fabulous stay in North Charleston

Beautiful home and fabulous host. This house was everything described and more. Great location 15 minute drive to downtown Charleston and 20 minute drive to Folly Beach. Loved the neighborhood. Everything you would need for your stay was provided. We are already planning our next trip and we will definitely be staying at The Magnolia.

We totally enjoyed staying here. The house was wonderful and spacious! Nicely decorated! We had everything we needed. We loved the location. It’s within walking distance to the large playground which my grandson loved. And just past the playground are all the restaurants and bars. We would definitely come back!!
