„Check in was easy. Property was easy to find and in a good location right next to the Columbia mall. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower was hot and worked well. No complaints. “

„I would strongly recommend not staying at this location until they do an overhaul on management and maintenance of the property. My room was adequate, however the bathroom was awful. Drains did not work properly, caulking around the tub/shower and floor looked like it was done by at toddler, the shower curtain rod was dysfunctional, and the towel has blood stains. There must be ZERO quality control at this site from management, maintenance and housekeeping. Worst hotel experience ever.“

„First off, the hotel was under construction(this was never mentioned on the website or Expedia). This included the POOL AND THE GYM! The pool and hot tub were high on our list, so this was a huge let down. Again this was never mentioned. The room was dusty, the furniture archaic, and the lighting was so terrible in the living area of the suite(yes I paid way extra!), all you could do was watch TV. I couldn’t use the couch because it sunk down into a V in the middle! Breakfast was not included in ...
