„The hotel staff, bellmen, hotel room was excellent. Check-in was very quick. The bellman was very friendly and knowledgeable about the hotel. The hotel room was so comfortable and the balcony view overlooking TVA and Florence landscape was very nice.Very clean. I wanted to add an extra night but there was a huge group arriving and that wasn’t possible, which is understandable. I will def stay here again. “

„Hatte ein Deluxe-Zimmer gebucht und ein Behindertenzimmer bekommen. Auf Nachfrage sagte man mir an der Rezeption, sie wären ausgebucht und es gäbe keine freien Zimmer mehr. Zimmer war sehr, der Service beim Frühstück freundlich. Leider kein gefiltertes Wasser, es schmeckte nach Chlor und roch muffig.“

„Great property. I had to spend the night for business and forgot my toothbrush. Not even thinking they would have one at the front desk, I went down there asked, and they gave me a toothbrush with toothpaste. I was even willing to pay for one, but they handed it to me and with a smile. The next time I have to stay in Madison Alabama, I’ll be staying at this location. The on-site manager Quincy was fantastic.“

„Gutes Hotel, mit einem Indoorpool inkl. Whirlpool. Hooters direkt vor der Tür :-) Nicht das leiseste Hotel, aber das wird in der Gegend schwer Frühstück OK, mit Waffeln. Mikrowelle und großer Kühlschrank im Zimmer Würde ich jederzeit wieder nehmen “
