The hotel put a hold on the payment in the evening before check in. At the time of the check in my card was charged, again. This put a freeze on duplicate payment. Had I used my debit card this would have been a problem. It is not acceptable to hold people's money once they pay. This practice is not acceptable and very concerning. Eventually I got my credit back but had to wait over 48 hours to see it return to my card. The facility is in desperate need for an overall makeover. Change the carpet, clean and fix the pool. LInens were clean and the room was accomodating but cleaining some wall stains and cealing watermarks would go a long way. The tub was worn with pealing paint. Breakfast was ok but the waterdown macchine coffee was dissapointing. The staff was friendly and polite and that is a plus. Good customer service is always refresing.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Wi-Fi was poor- couldn’t do any work. TV wouldn’t work. Shower pressure was good, but never really got hot.

The listing said the hotel was pet friendly, but when I got there they would not accept a cat. The front desk employee was not trained well in how to respond to my frustration and just kept saying their website said not cats (but i didn't book on their website). I talked Expedia and they agreed the listing needed to be updated, but I didn't need a rude front desk person at the end of a long drive and then I had a find another place to stay last minute. I'd skip this location if I had pets--even if you don't have pets, it doesn't seem great.

The hotel is being remodeled with new owners or really new hotel name. Room was dirty, tub was not clean, and icing on the cake no running water in the room. Please steer clear of this hotel!!!!

Good-friendly competent staff, quiet, safe with a good view. Bad- no pool, took $100 at check in (?), poor breakfast choices. Ugly - stained towels, oil spots on the sheets, awful coffee, trashed lamp, mustard(?) on the bathroom wall and floor, no maid service so the one trash can was stuffed and we had to use the stained towels over and over.

Wouldn’t recommend for the price. It was very unclean. The first room I was given had dirty beds and a tv that didn’t work. The second room the beds were clean, but the tv still didn’t work and the carpet had all sorts of burn and even a spot that looked like mold. There was a bad smell through the entire building as well. It was gross. But I didn’t feel like fighting with the staff to get a refund. Please book elsewhere.

The hotel in general was very dated. The repairs and updates seem to have DIY and they were not done professionally. Again the overall area was not clean although our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The washcloths and towels were very worn. The free breakfast was sparce and the staff seemed unconcerned about everything. Not the best choice for families.
