„There was no staff available and we could not have our fully paid and reserved rooms, we stayed for over an hour and called every possible number and no one responded. We were told by other guests that the staff leaves early many times and no one will be available to help you get your rooms. We booked two rooms and we could not have keys so we had to drive all the way back from Kansas to Ohio without sleeping. Horrible experience, We will request a full refund.“

„Upon pulling up there were a large group of people just hanging out drinking and smoking weed. Check-In was weird. You have to go to the hotel next door, managed by the same people.. They tell you they have a breakfast but that it's only for their hotel. I thought that was weird too. I would watch everybody walk over and eat anyway. There is a hidden fee of a $250 deposit. It is listed as a pet friendly place. There are a lot of dogs there and they are mostly off leash. We stayed there twice. ...
