„The property was undeniably beautiful and spacious, but the pre-arrival process was a disaster. I booked a Global Luxury Suites hotel via hotels.com, only to find it was actually the Skymark building, owned by Churchill. I opted to pay upon arrival, yet my card was charged in full 7-10 days before my stay without any explanation. Attempts to resolve this with hotels.com failed; they couldn't contact the company. A search for "Global Luxury Suites, Reston VA" revealed it didn't exist. I received ...

„Didn’t know what to expect, but regardless I was blown away. The place is VERY well furnished with everything you need to enjoy your stay. It was the perfect place to come back home to and relax after a long day. The owner was also amazing, she left a few chocolates and a welcome note. She was also an amazing communicator, I didn’t need too many things, but the things I did need, she accommodated instantly. 10/10, this place is phenomenal “

„This property was amazing and matched the description exactly. It was spacious, quiet, and clean. I didn’t use the amenities but from what saw, they were great. From the pool, gym, rec area; everything was nice. It even has a Aldi grocery store in site, coffee and Urgent Care. It seems like it has it all! There were a few things I didn’t like, for example, the mattress on the bed was way too soft and you literally sink into it when you lay on it. Some people may like it, but it wasn’t for me. ...
