„Sehr gemütliches Haus mit einer sehr gepflegten, sauberen und geschmackvollen Einrichtung. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und wir haben alles vorgefunden was wir benötigten. Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb und hat einen sehr schönen Ausblick auf einen Teich/Umgebung. Geschäfte, Restaurants, Universität.... sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Check in/out war sehr unkompliziert und Michael ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Da unser Sohn weiterhin in Quincy ...

„The property and neighborhood are great and as advertised. Some items to note: I am 6 foot 3 inches tall, this is a basement unit and some of the air ducts are at 6 feet causing me to duck all during the stay. Plus the shower is very small not allowing you to bend down to wash your legs very well. There also is no toaster in the unit. We could live with all these items, but gave 4 stars instead of 5 because of it. The unit is decorated very nicely.“

„We took a quick small family trip to the Grafton area. The house is perfectly situated just outside of town. There is a very small commute time to get into town. But it is far enough away that you do not hear the hustle and bustle that is going on there. It is the perfect setting to enjoy a nice walk or sit by the fire pit.“

Negatives: front bedroom really noisy with street cars and garbage pu, house very dirty, kitchen floor not mopped as I spilt water drops from cooler unloading and wiped with paper towel and came up dirty. No broom to sweep up crumbs, also why SO MANY dead flies when maid was just there? I picked up (with paper towel) 12 dead flies on floor and they kept appearing , Bathroom set up on front ...
