„Started quite bad with 2 receptionists doing half the job they were supposed to do. Forgot towel for swimming pool and bracelet, and to indicate where to go (difficult to navigate at first). Rest of the staff was nice. Food all-in is not all good, sometimes cold. My room was pretty minimalistic, but overall ok.“

„Despite the terrible weather in Roatan for our trip, Turquoise Bay was an excellent resort. We were contacted in advance of our arrival by the hotel asking if we need a shuttle in, and upon arriving we were greeted by lovely guest reception. All the restaurant staff were amazing and very friendly. I wish we had everyone's names to mention. A few that I can remember, Luis was always attentive and checking if we needed drinks, Edid (I think that's how to spell her name) was so friendly serving ...

„Room was very tidy . Not Staff didn’t speak English as before , but didn’t impede having a good time . There was however a lack of warm water and no hot water for showers . My 4th or 5th visit over the years . Dive centre and staff amazing!“
