The building staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent location. Convenient for grocery and wine runs! Even a Target within a block!The unit is low on flatware - not an issue for 2 of us, but would be for 3 or more occupants.“

The location was close to UPenn & Franklin Field, where we spent most of our time due to our son running in the New Balance Nationals. Only 2 slight negatives were the parking and the washing machine. The garage is really not meant for anything but a car. And the street parking was was very difficult due to the narrow street. Very much enjoyed the neighborhood and so conveniently located for the work I was doing at a nearby school. „Very nice and comfortable stay in a beautiful historic building. Having safe and secure free parking attached to the building was a major draw! Not having to worry about finding a parking spot and paying additional parking fees in the city alleviated unnecessary stress. Our stay was due to a family member having surgery with a week long hospital stay at the nearby Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
