„Hosts were amazing. Very friendly and accommodating. This is a one of a kind experience! Memories made. Wanted to do something unique for grandson’s 12th birthday. We love to boat. Lake CDA was beautiful. Kids enjoyed slide on boat, paddle board and lily pad. Tubing was great. TV and internet worked well. Loved Tony’s Italian Restaurant on the Lake. Short trip to Marina. 15-20 min to Walmart for supplies and great shopping at local malls. Private dock so we had this busy lake to ourselves.“

„Fun to stay in a cute float home! Morning and afternoon sun on the deck. Water is very clear. The property is within walking distance of two restaurants that both had great food, and also Ralph's Coffee Shop that had great coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Short drive to Farragut State Park where there is a lovely beach and numerous areas to hike. It was a great weekend!“

„Clean, well stocked kitchen and bathroom, relaxing deck. Nate was very welcoming and quickly responsive when we had difficulty with the wi-fi, he rebooted it from afar, and we were set. We had a fabulous time using the kayaks and playing in the lake. This was also an easy drive to Silverwood and a grocery store.“
