We did experience a problem with the air conditioner, and was treated very well by the staff. They were not able to fix it immediately, so they upgraded us to another room. The pool was not open in 100 degrees, and that was disappointing. But, other than that we really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely recommend it to w. “
