- Phenomenal Nokomis location - only minutes from downtown, Nokomis and Venice Beaches and other local favorites.
-This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25
- Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and Government-Issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property.
-Stays in excess of three weeks may incur an additional cleaning fee.
- Pool Heat Fee: Additional $25 p/day from November thru March. Pool temperature is set to 86 degrees, however, if air temps drop below 70 degrees, pool temperature may drop significantly. Temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
-Pet Friendly - This property will allow pets on a case-by-case basis as well as charge a non-refundable pet fee of $250. Please let us know about your pet in advance so we can determine if it's approved or not. Thank you.
