Within walking distance of the marina, shops, and restaurants, it is ideally located between Nieuwpoort-Bad and Nieuwpoort-Stad.



The Space:

Jalina Beach welcomes you with a cosy and bright living area featuring a modern, fully equipped open kitchen and a pleasant dining space. The comfortable seating area with TV is perfect for relaxing and can easily be converted into a sofa bed for 2 guests. From the living room, you have direct access to the sunny terrace with lounge area, ideal for an aperitif or a peaceful moment outdoors.



On the upper floor, you will find a spacious bathroom with bath, shower, and double sink. There are also two bedrooms: one with a bunk bed and practical storage space, and one with a comfortable double bed. Both bedrooms open onto a second cosy terrace. For extra comfort, there is a separate toilet on both floors.



During your stay, you can also enjoy free access to the residence’s outdoor swimming pool. A private garage box is available upon arrival, ensuring hassle-free parking.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the apartment and its facilities.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:

If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of €500. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.



LINEN:

Quality bed linen and towels (kitchen and bathroom) are provided in this accommodation.



CLEANING:

Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.



CONSUMPTION:

Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.



CONTROL:

The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.



OTHER:

Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
