On the main floor, you’ll find a cozy bedroom with a full-size bed.
Upstairs, the master bedroom features a king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom, perfect for relaxation.
In the basement, The first room is a playful bunk room featuring a twin bed and a queen-over-queen bunk. The second room offers a cozy queen bed for a restful night’s sleep.

- The guest who books must be one of the guests staying on the property (sorry - no booking for others).

- Minimum booking age is 25 and must show proof of a valid ID if asked

- We have an additional 5 Str Co-Host Guest Agreement separate from the booking platform. By booking this home, you agree to this process. The Guest Agreement is a legal document from our law firm that details the rules and policies for staying here.

- After you book, you’ll receive a message with a link to the Renter’s Agreement. Please read it carefully and sign it to complete your booking. Signing this agreement is required for your stay in our home.

- Unexpected things can happen, so WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND getting travel insurance in case you need to cancel your booking.
