Wake up to the sounds of the river and views of the mountain from the master suite. On the top level there are two additional bedrooms, one queen and one queen over queen bunk. In the lower level you will find the game room with shuffle board, foos ball and poker table. The lower level is also home to an additional king bedroom as well as the bunk room featuring XL bunks to accommodate adults comfortably. Guests will be staying in a subdivision with paved roads and a paved driveway leading into the 2 car garage at this great rental - no cleaning the car off in the morning before hitting the slopes! Now features an on-demand generator so you never lose power. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is pressed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking. Remember we are in the mountains of Maine and the snow we hope for all year can make travel more difficult. We recommend all or 4 wheel drive in the winter season. The roads and driveway are professionally maintained but guests may find travel difficult without it.
