Enjoy a saltwater pool, a private hot tub, two fireplaces to welcome you home from the slopes, and a family room with a foosball table and a projection screen to provide hours of at-home entertainment.

What's nearby:
This home sits within sight of the slopes, two miles east of fantastic skiing, snowboarding, and snowshoeing at Sunday River Resort. Come summertime, you'll be five miles east of the Sunday River Country Club and seven miles north of the golf course at the Bethel Inn Resort. The historic Sunday River Bridge - also known as Artist's Bridge - is just two miles away down Sunday River Road.

Things to know:
This house does not have central heating, and all heat will come from the fireplaces.
Weather permitting, the pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
The following shared amenities are unavailable due to local rules and regulations: pool, hot tub, sauna, and firepit. We encourage you to check local regulations before your trip to be as prepared as possible.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
