Quiet Hours Notice
Per City of Newport Beach “Good Neighbor Policy” Quiet Hours are Strictly Enforced between the hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No patio noise is permitted between these hours. Please see house rules for more city noise requirements.
Pet Policy
This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.
- This property is located above an ice cream shop and Bike Shop.
-Bicycles are not allowed on property. We provide a discount to the bike rental shop downstairs. Unfortunately there is nowhere to store bikes on this property.
-All personal belongings must be removed from the shared/common patio when not in use. That includes towels, coolers, beach, chairs, etc. they must go inside the unit.
