Enjoy water activities or simply relax and soak in the view.

The Space:
Sweeping views of the lake and mountains from both inside the home and out, along with the charm of this 1909 home with its original rock walls and beam ceilings provide the perfect backdrop for your vacation, summer or winter.

There is nothing quite like spending time by the water, to relax and rejuvenate or have fun and play, or do a little of both. We have always loved spending time near the water and are thrilled to share our lakefront home with you. You’ll find everything you need for a great vacation with family or friends. Ditch your phones and recharge in the surrounding beauty. (Of course, if needed there is Wi-Fi on-site.)

Step outside to find multiple seating and dining areas. Multiple decks and the hot tub enjoy the stunning surrounding views. A flat grassy space near the water provides space for lounging (with a hammock) and has a fire pit with chairs and picnic tables. Depending on the lake water levels, a sandy beach area may also be available. A good size dock provides space for lounging, fishing, or tying up water craft.
A canoe, kayaks, and a paddle board are available for your use. Motorized boats are allowed on the lake, if you have your own, it can be docked on site.

Indoors you’ll find a comfortable seating areas for gathering or curling up with a book, as well as multiple table/bar spaces for games or puzzles. Living room has a smart TV and DVD player along with a collection of dvds and board games available for your use.

A chef’s kitchen is well stocked with an everything you need to prepare a quick meal or a gourmet feast. Pots, pans, mixing bowls, utensils, dishes, silverware, storage containers, as well as Kitchen Aid stand mixer, coffee maker, coffee grinder, electric kettle, toaster & microwave. The gas stove has 8 burners, a removable griddle, and two ovens, one full size and one smaller. Salt and pepper, basic spices, sugar and flour are also on hand.

The dining room features a wood burning stove and a farm style table that can seat at least 8, with additional stool seating available at nearby bar tops.

In the bathroom you’ll find heated floors, a nice walk in shower (note there is no bathtub on the property) and a 2-person sauna, along with double sinks and ample counter space. The toilet and an additional small sink are located in an adjacent room with a separate door which is helpful due to the fact that 1909 homes weren’t built with an abundance of bathrooms.

Have kids? We’re prepared. A pack ‘n play along with bedding for it and a high chair are available on site. We also have a few toys including magnet tiles and board books for little ones. We also have plastic kid dishes.

Main floor:
Living room, dining room kitchen, bedroom with trundle bed and half bath located through that bedroom.
Upstairs:
Master suite, 2 bedrooms, full bathroom, laundry room.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:
This property has two separate rental units. In addition to this home, a studio unit that usually sleep 2 (max 4 guests) is also on site that may be occupied while you are there. That unit has its own separate hot tub, patio, and fire pit space.
The flat grassy space, beach (when water level allows) and dock are shared spaces for both units as well as the kayaks, canoe, and paddle board. There is plenty of room for all. BBQ is also shared.

There are a lot of stairs on the property so keep that in mind if you have physical limitations.

4WD may be necessary in the winter.
