Fish for bass, swim or canoe/kayak to one of the lake's many islands and discover their hidden treasures, or relax on the large patio deck overlooking the lake. Enjoy local outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, golfing, fishing, kayaking, skating and cross country skiing. Drive 10 minutes to Mt. Sunapee State Park, enjoy the public beach on Lake Sunapee, hiking, or skiing at Mt. Sunapee. Note: The driveway is on a hill, and New Hampshire can be snowy and icy in the winter! It is strongly recommended to take a 4-wheel drive car if staying in the winter months, to assist in getting out of the driveway and to drive around the area during fresh snowfall.

Nice quiet getaway

A nice little place to chill by a small, calm lake. It rained for most of the trip, so we enjoyed the views from the lovely big windows and the quiet.

Great property, just as advertised. Everything you could need is provided and it is a really nice area. Sitting by the fire was great. Paddling out to the islands was a great deal of fun for the kids. We suggest investing in water shoes as the only caveat, the water area was rocky and a bit of muck as you got out past the dock. Overall great experience with a cordial and easy to contact host.

Nice Stay

Our family stayed for a week, great location close to good restaurants. Nice spot to swim for little kids and/or float. I suggest water shoes. I also suggest taking the kayak and canoes out over the islands.

Cozy cottage near Sunapee

Had a lovely stay at this cottage close to Sunapee. Plenty of space for myself and kids. Kitchen had all we needed and we stayed warm and dry after skiing and during a rainy day. Beautiful sunrise over the lake. Would love to visit in the summer!

Great place to stay!

We booked this home to do some skiing at Pat's Peak and Sunappee and it did not disappoint. Dog friendly home with a great picture window overlooking a lake. Got up early to watch the sunrise over the lake. It was fun to watch the ice fishing and the snowmobiling out there as well. Beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed! Would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing weekend getaway

Peaceful weekend on a beautiful lake! We enjoyed having the steps down into the lake for the kids and kayaking out to the islands. House was comfortable and well appointed. Communication with hosts was superb. Great area as well. Close to all the Mt. Sunapee region has to offer and great food minutes from the cabin.
