Escape to our private luxurious Hudson Valley home. We have a 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home in Pine Bush at the base of the Shawangunk Mountains. The property is situated on 3 private acres of land with plenty of space, making it ideal for families.

Enjoy amenities such as a hot tub, pool, bar and modern kitchen as well as the outdoor activities that the Hudson Valley has to offer.

The home is a work in progress but it is being decorated as we speak with progress happening weekly. The result is a modern, luxurious home perfect for a Hudson Valley escape.

The rustic 3 season room has a great view of the back yard making you feel like you are part of the surrounding forest. It is perfect for relaxing, reading, listening to music on our central Sonos device or watching TV. On cold evening, turn on the fireplace to keep cozy and warm.

You will have access to a fully equipped modern kitchen with granite countertops and new high-end appliances. Plenty of counter space to cook, gather and eat around the kitchen. The coffee machines are prefect for coffee lovers. There are also 2 grills (gas and charcoal) outside for the guests who love to grill.

For more formal meals, the dining room has a table that fits 8-10 surrounded by windows that offer a view of the surrounding property.

After dinner spend some time around the wet bar catching upon your day and planning your next day.

At the end of your day retire to the 4 available bedrooms. The master bedroom will have a king size bed, two bedrooms will have queen size beds, and the last bedroom will have a full size bunk bed. All of the beds have ultra-soft comforter and bed sheets to ensure a great night’s sleep.

If weather allows please take advantage of our fire pit, pool or hot tub in the backyard. The private backyard creates a quiet and serene environment perfect for relaxing. The Sonos music systems allows you to play music outside to create the perfect environment.

Other things to note
HOUSE RULES:

- No smoking in the house
- No pets
- No events, parties and large gatherings.
- Please do not touch the art. Some of the art is very fragile and can break easily.
- Please do not use the garage. Tools make it dangerous for guests. There is a camera in the garage to make sure it is not used.
- Please do not park in the garage. The garage is mainly used as storage and is not used for parking.
- Master bedroom closets will be locked to store owner’s belongings.
- Must be at least 30 years old to book
- The maximum occupancy for this property is flexible up to 10 guests
