Das essen war sehr schlecht. Sehr wenig Auswahl und alles war kalt. So etwas habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Da ist ja jeder McDonald besser. Und wir waren nicht die einzigen die sich über das essen aufgeregt hatten....
Ich kenne mich sehr gut aus in der Gegend und hätte das von diesem Hotel nicht erwartet. Sehr enttäuschend.“

„I had a one night stay on business and i have to say that room i had was immaculate. Spotlessly clean and massively comfortable. Cant find fault. Even had a little patio. Only downside was the breakfast....it was dreadful which was a shame because everything else was spot on...chef letting the side down.

„Stylisches Hotel im Gebäude des „Evening Telegraph“. Vieles aus der Zeit wurde in das Hotelkonzept übernommen. Das ist perfekt gelungen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind groß, die Betten bequem. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück lecker. Eine klare Empfehlung “

„I really enjoyed my stay at Belgrade. The location was perfect, it was within walking distance to an abundance of food and grocery options. The city center and mall were a short walk across the street. My 2-bedroom apartment was just as advertised in the pictures.
I will most definitely stay here again when visiting Coventry.“

There were no tea/coffee facilities in the room but free tea and coffee in the bar for members and it actually got you out of bed and up so this wasn’t an issue!
Close enough to the arena to drive or taxi there, was around 5 miles, and the taxi cost £8.

The check in process was rather complex. I was expecting a text message regarding the deposit but it came through in the app and I wasn’t notified through email like the initial message.
This has caused some hiccups on the check in process. After checking out, the deposit was not returned until I chased for it.“
