**The Home**

A separate shop located on the property is reserved for company use and is not available to guests.

Other pets are not allowed at this property. If you are traveling with a cat or another type of pet, please notify the Property Manager before booking so we can help recommend a home that may better accommodate your needs. Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees, cleaning charges, or cancellation of the reservation.

Important Things to Note:
• We welcome up to two (2) dogs, with a non-refundable fee of $100 per dog plus applicable taxes and fees.
• Other pets are not allowed at this property. If you are traveling with a cat or another type of pet, please notify the Property Manager before booking so we can help recommend a home that may better accommodate your needs. Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees, cleaning charges, or cancellation of the reservation.

• VRBO will collect the guest service fee first, and the remaining reservation payment will be processed separately by our property management team.
