Riverfront Blissful Cottage

Relax with the whole family at this stunning and newly remodeled cottage. Access to Pickerel and all the chain of lakes in the beautiful Newaygo area. Come to relax and enjoy the lake life!



Dogs are welcome but we ask that when they’re outside they are on a leash or a lead. There are neighborhood dogs and not all are friendly.



There is a docking spot for a pontoon boat.



Note- this cottage is on an inlet to the lake, not directly on the lake.



This cottage has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one bathroom with shower only, one with tub shower combo. The upstairs bedrooms have two twin beds each, and there are two twin cots beds. The first floor bedroom has a king bed.

The road this home is on is a private road with a very quiet community.







PETS



We allow up to **3 dogs (50 lb max each)** for **$75 per pet, per stay**.



- If you add pets during booking, VRBO will automatically include the first pee fee in your total.

- If not, we’ll send an alteration request after booking.

- We will request additional pet fees after booking



For larger dogs or more than 3 pets, please **send an inquiry first** for approval.



**No cats or other animals are allowed.**



Water amenities not available November 1 onwards, for the season.

We`re so excited for your trip! PLEASE NOTE: Our listing description and house rules mention that you will be required to complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Hold (which is not a security deposit) in order to receive Arrival Instructions to the home. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.



Important: When cancelling your reservation, the credit card processing fees of 3.9% + 30c will not be refunded.

If booking with a credit card that doesn`t match the guest name, you`ll be required to provide a written authorization, photo of the ID, selfie, and card showing the last 4 digits of the credit card holder, or reservation will be cancelled.
