I drove from Massachusetts to New Jersey to stay at this hotel with my daughter who is 7 months pregnant to see and pick up my grandchildren who live in Elizabeth, NJ for the long weekend. The air conditioning was not working in the room, I kept going to the front desk and was told a technician would come up, technician came to the room twice and could not fix it. Temperature went up to 80 degrees and we had to stay two nights sweating all night. I called expedia (which I booked through), they called the hotel and the hotel would not give me a refund so we could go stay somewhere where the air conditioner worked, the hotel refused to give us a refund and expedia (which I will not use again) did not help much either, the only time I got to call expedia, when I finally got their number from the "insurance company", the guy speaking Spanish with me on the phone for expedia was terribly rude. You are also charged $20 a night for parking and when you enter the parking lot it is impossible to find a spot. Second time I moved my car I ended up calling Ubers thereafter so that I would not lose my spot. The tub was also backed up draining the water.
