Sehr netter Empfang, ideales Hotel um erstmal anzukommen. Die Mall zum Einkaufen ist zu Fuß in ca. 5 Min. zu erreichen. Der Flughafentransfer ist inbegriffen und eine echt Erleichterung. Das Frühstück ist minimalistisch aber man bekommt alles um bequem in den Tag zu starten

Confusion at the airport about the transfer to the hotel. We specifically asked the driver if he was ging to our hotel ( and showed him the address )... ended up at the wrong location, they didnt care. We ended up paying an Uber more than 40 dollars to get to the right hotel.

Everything was fine after the check in chaos. First the room key wasn't activated, then we got a activated room key, but this room was occupied. The young girls at the front office just laughed. No sorry, no excuse. Just nothing. Very poor experience at check in. After this everything was great at the hotel.

The staff are rude! When I came to receptionist to ask for help about parking and how to get inside the parking, their face look like they hate to be at their job. Not 1 single smile on their faces. The people are rude. The room is ok. I open the blanket and found a tiny bug under the blanket that still moving. I took care of and clean up myself rather than ask that those mean people at service desk for help. My family of 6 people stay here. I came down to get breakfast for my family. A staff in the kitchen came out and asked me is these all your food? Me by myself to be able to get food for all 6 people, I have to stacked the place on top of each other. I was making my waffles and she came out pointed to my food and asked me that. Then I came down again to get some more food because 1 of me with two hands can’t carry food for family of 6 in 1 trip. When I got the egg, I saw that see came out and stood at the corner to watch me. Then when I move to get my waffles, she approached me and asked why I need many plates and food. I said I get food for family of 6 people. That had rude my morning. I paid $269 a night with free breakfast and get treat like I’m homeless asking for food. The room is super hot. I adjust the AC all the way to 66 and it couldn’t get cool. Bathroom is clean. I wouldn’t recommend to stay here for that price. We are customers not someone who beg to stay here for free.

I drove from Massachusetts to New Jersey to stay at this hotel with my daughter who is 7 months pregnant to see and pick up my grandchildren who live in Elizabeth, NJ for the long weekend. The air conditioning was not working in the room, I kept going to the front desk and was told a technician would come up, technician came to the room twice and could not fix it. Temperature went up to 80 degrees and we had to stay two nights sweating all night. I called expedia (which I booked through), they called the hotel and the hotel would not give me a refund so we could go stay somewhere where the air conditioner worked, the hotel refused to give us a refund and expedia (which I will not use again) did not help much either, the only time I got to call expedia, when I finally got their number from the "insurance company", the guy speaking Spanish with me on the phone for expedia was terribly rude. You are also charged $20 a night for parking and when you enter the parking lot it is impossible to find a spot. Second time I moved my car I ended up calling Ubers thereafter so that I would not lose my spot. The tub was also backed up draining the water.

I really appreciate the kitchen personnel that helped me with my lactose intolerance so I discovered that I just had the possibility to eat fruit and black coffee. I also found very helpful the transfer to the airport, the driver was very kind. Just for the way back from the hotel to the airport, when we arrived I couldn’t get to the transfer lot, it was very complicated and I had a person who needed wheelchair with me so I decided to call a Lyft. We asked for a 1pm checkout and the cleaning lady from 11am started to knock to our door asking if we were ready to leave. The room has a very dirty carpet. The bathroom was half renewed but I had the whole night some water running in the bathroom wall, I think there was a huge leak that I promptly reported the following morning at the front desk but when I got the opportunity to speak with a gentleman from maintenance he wasn’t aware of the problem, anyone from the front desk reported it. The front desk personnel I think needs to learn a little more attention and nice manners. That’s my opinion. I was charged for extra fees not specified on the page and there’s also a $250 security deposit for everyone. I don’t think I would stay there again.

Hampton Inn is always nice. However, at this location one elevator needs to be fixed because the doors take forever to open and close. Also, there was some kind of construction going on so the parking space in the back was limited.

This is my 2nd time staying at this property is a great property very clean, safe and comfortable. It’s literally Five minutes from hotel to the entrance of the mall walking distance. The only reason it’s not a five stars is because the shuttle service is Extremely unreliable I had to wait over an hour to be picked up and then I gave up so I took an Uber and the Wi-Fi will not stay connected.
