Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Die Lage war super und es waren alle sehr freundlich. Was nicht so gut gefallen hat, war, dass Einweggeschirr beim Frühstück verwendet wurde.

Zentral gelegenes hotel mit tollen und leckeren Diners in der Umgebung. Frühstück war sehr gut für NY Verhältnisse (Getränke, Saft, Obst, Brot, Cornflakes, Marmelade, Aufstrich...) personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir würden es wieder buchen.

Das Zimmer war sehr einfach, aber schön eingerichtet und vor allen Dingen mit einem sehr bequemen Bett! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, sowie die Lage & die Freundlichkeit des Personals war besonders gut! Das Frühstück, kann man sich eigentlich sparen. Da dies wirklich nur sehr dürftig im Angebot ist. (da es wirklich nur sehr wenig im Angebot gibt!)

Zentrales Hotel
Anfangsschwieriegkeiten mit spartanisch eingerichteten aber neuem Zimmer, würde direkt am nächsten Tag für uns gewechselt, daher ein Pluspunkt. Frühstück für amerikanische Verhältnisse komplett in Ordnung! Aktuell finden Reparaturarbeiten / Sanierungen statt aufgrund eines wasserschadens, hat uns aber nicht betroffen und auch nicht gestört. Das Hotelpersonal vor allem an der Rezeption wirkt zwar total lustlos, hilft jedoch immer zu 100% weiter wenn eine Frage war. Zimmer war sauber, renoviert, mit schönem Bad. Aufgrund der Lage und des Preises kann man es nur empfehlen. Schnell in der metro up oder downtown.

We absolutely loved our room (we booked a family one to get extra space), the decoration was fantastic. Loved grabbing a tea downstairs whenever I fancied one! Overall a great experience. Only downside: we found a cockroach in our bathroom the first morning which drastically lowered the time we spent in the bathroom.

Our room had a Queen bed and was rather small(about 12x12) but had a fridge and a safe. Overall OK room just think of it as European sized. One major drawback was the Wall A/C Unit. If you know Manhattan...sirens, horns(and New Yorkers love their horns) can go all night long. The wall A/C unit is like having a 3'x3' hole in the wall with a direct path for sound to enter your room. Have to actually turn the TV up when a larger vehicle goes down the street. When Police, Fire, etc go down.....you will wake up and conversation isn't possible.

you have transitioned from Apple Core Hotels into something international, and the staff won't tell you the identity. how bad is that? and you have mostly eliminated breakfast (not that good to start with, but...) and the little pad memos are fewer in pages, and have no identity at the bottom. just how bad, and objectionable, is this? pretty bad,i would say. don't look for me as booking this anymore. and i will spread the word, you people. and, please do not respond in your usual hotel-ese, when you receive a complaint. you people i am done with.

호텔 도착해서 체크인 하는데 갑자기 보증금 제외 200달러를 더 결제하래서 좀 당황스러웠습니다 대충 부대시설 이용 비용이라는것 같았긴 했는데 예상하지 못했던 금액이라 당황스러웠습니다 앱에 나와있는 금액으로 계산 하시면 안될것같아요 전체적으로 호텔 로비는 그저 그랬지만 방은 아주 깔끔하고 좋았어요 하우스 키핑도 괜찮았습니다. 글고 욕조는 없습니다! 배쓰밤 안사가길 잘한것 같아요

Room looks much nicer in photos. Is EXTREMELY small and building hallways overall old looking. Our shower was not draining upon arrival. Maintenance has to come and put draino. Not satisfied with my over all stay. Towel wall rack was rocking so I couldn’t have lace my large towel on it out of fear it would fall off the wall! Shower is so small water sprays on floor so easily.

Horrível atendimento
O atendimento dos funcionários foi péssimo.Logo na chegada do hotel o atendente já foi grosseiro. Entendo ser algo normal chegar no hotel assim que se chega na cidade. O check-in era às 15 horas e eu sabia disso. Então perguntei se o meu quarto estava pronto. Ele fingiu que olhou no sistema, pois nem digitou e nem tocou no mouse, e já me disse que o quarto não estava pronto. Perguntei um possível horário e ele me respondeu: "Qualquer horário após às 15." Perfeito. Sentei no sofá e fiquei aguardando. Pensei de ir mechendo no celular enquanto aguardava. Pedi a senha da internet e a resposta foi: "O seu check-in não foi feito por isso não posso lhe dar a senha." Até aí, tirando a cara feia e a grosseria, tudo bem. Devem ser as regras do hotel. Outros casais chegaram e pegaram seu quarto sem aquela grosseria e sem ter de esperar. Deu 15h e solicitei meu quarto. Ainda não estava pronto. Tive de esperar até 15h20. Aí começou a grosseria. Era troca de turno. Entrou outra senhora no lugar dele e estava nos tratando bem. De repente o senhor (recepcionista) voltou da sala interna, cochichou algo no ouvido da senhora e, de repente, ela começou a nos tratar mal, dando ordens para não fumar que pagaria taxa e tudo o mais. Minha esposa disse: fique tranquila que nós não fumamos. A senhora voltou a fazer grosserias e dar má respostas, do nada. Absurdo. Péssimo atendimento, grosseiro e preconceituoso conosco.

Le agradecemos por tomarse el tiempo para compartir sus comentarios. Es lamentable que su tiempo con nosotros haya sido menos que ideal. Estamos decepcionados de que haya tenido tantos desafíos con el aislamiento acústico en nuestras habitaciones. Desafortunadamente, el edificio vecino está en construcción y la ciudad permite que la construcción comience muy temprano y termine muy tarde. Nos disculpamos y la satisfacción de nuestros huéspedes es importante para nosotros, así que nos aseguraremos de analizar sus comentarios en el futuro. Esperamos tener la oportunidad de recibirlo nuevamente pronto para poder compartir una experiencia más positiva con usted.
