I didn't get a receipt during check-out. After asking multiple times I got the receipt by email. However, it contained a false booking. I've complained about this but the hotel hasn't replied to me since.

Top located, fancy hotel with good live music in the evening. Perfect hangout for Party people. Excellent jazz club in ground floor. Super friendly and nice staff

Sehr schönes Hotel mit gutem Restaurant und sehr hilfsbereitem und freundlichem Personal. Wir hatten ein King Bed Studio, das für New Yorker Verhältnisse großzügig war.

I was very satsified with my stay except by checking out they charged me extra "Guest Amenity Fees" for $34.95 each night which I didn't expect to be charged for. I do understand that we pay for the city tax fees but the additional fees was just too much. Also we ordered a slice of cake to our room which was usually charged in the hotel restaurant $14 and we were charged for $26 which was way over prices.

Thank you for staying with us and for the feedback on these items. Hotels.com does it's best to notate the Guest Amenity Fee (may be mentioned as "resort fee" on Hotels.com) but I apologize that it wasn't clear. The restaurant does charge service and delivery fees for room service orders which would explain the increase in cost. Please let us know the next time you decide to stay with us and we'll try to make it special for you :)

Great location, had a wonderful time and staff is very friendly. Only issues were the (due to COVID) limited F&B offering, and the fact that we were denied a late check-out despite the hotel being half empty.

Great NYC vibe walking into the hotel. The recreation / lounge on the main floor is very comfortable with room to move. The main floor bar sits at the back in a closed off room, separating the bar from the rest. Live jazz at night goes towards midnight and all room doors open into the courtyard so the music can be enjoyed throughout the property. Limited but very filing breakfast offered for those running off to meetings or events early.

Loved this place. Even when the music is blasting in the atrium, there's a clever white noise system in each room to muffle the sound! Staff was above & beyond... when I explained I had scheduled a zoom meeting right at checkout time, they were wonderful about accommodating that. And of course the surrounding area is the best. Would stay at the Roxy again in a heartbeat.

This hotel is great. The food is great with great options. The staff is excellent especially Zillah will help to make your stay perfect. Close to other eating areas and public transportation. The music they play here is phenomenal. Will definitely stay again.

Roxy was an unexpected but pleasant surprise. Ending up dining there as the restaurant was really good and there was a live band. Room was nice and clean. You would never know that you are in the heart of everything, based on how quiet the rooms can be.

My stay was lovely. The room was comfortable, clean and appointed in the same fun vibe as the rest of the hotel. The music is definitely loud though, so don't expect to get to bed early. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be returning.
