The hotel itself was really nice and clean, there is nothing to complain about :) The arrival wasn't as nice as we hoped for. The hotel has a parking garage which can be used, which is nice. But unfortunately the guys running it do not speak English - this made the arrival a bit unpleasant and difficult.

Hätte mir einbisschen mehr Fremdsprachiges Personal gewünscht. Da ich nicht so gut Englisch kann hatte ich schwierigkeiten da niemand Deutsch oder Spanisch sprach, die Meisten sprachen Englisch und Chinesisch. Und das Frühstücksbuffet war gut aber vllt mal varieren mit andere Brotsorten, Mermelade oder Pancacke usw😃 Sonst sehr freundlich👍

I don’t have super high expectations for hotels on a bus , however this experience was by far the worst in my life! DO NOT BOOK!!! The walls here do not exist- you can hear every word your neighbors are saying, no help from staff. We were up all night!!! No exaggeration, all night something would be loud: party next door, bikers outside, couples in their “honeymoon “ stages. I am disappointed and disturbed!! What they labeled “breakfast included” is some pastries, cold coffee and disgusting milk. BY ALL MEANs, save your money, FIND SOMETHING ELSE!!!!

The shower leaks a tremendous amount of water. The shower curtain provides little to no protection to the floor from the water regardless of the water being high or low. The bed was made terribly and linen and towels were only going to be changed out every third day of a stay. Along with that the towels were folded and just piled on top of each other in the bathroom. There was gunk on the floors of the bathrooms and stains on the floor.

It seems that the room you booked was our King handicap accessible room and it is designed for the wheel chair to be able to go in and out and water will be around those areas. Shower curtains are also measured not to hit the floors to prevent the wheel chair from getting stuck. Towels are also placed in a position where its reachable. We do offer room changes when customers express their concerns, please do not hesitate to let us know. I enjoyed my stay at insignia hotel, however the remote to the television was terrible. You only have the option of their cable channels and you aren’t able to cast from your phone which was outdated and pretty annoying. Overall I had a pleasant stay. I appreciate the property having the coffee and tea available 24hrs the complimentary breakfast and the friendliness of the staff. The ice machine is on the 1st floor and gives ice chips which I love. The patio area in front was quaint and quiet. I’ll be back again

Nice rooms, seemed very up to date. The rooms are small, but spacious enough for one person. The area is in the heart of China town in Brooklyn. Looked like mostly commercial/retail spaces in the vicinity, but there was a restaurant right across the street.
