Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen! Einzig die Zimmer zur Hauptstraße sind laut. Subway Station direkt vor der Tür. Tribeca selbst hat noch seinen eigenen Charme bewahrt. Erstaunlicherweise gibt es dort, im Gegensatz zu anderen Stadtvierteln, noch recht wenig Obdachlose und Junkies, was das Bummeln und Einkaufen angenehm macht.

Unsere Zimmer war in hinteren Bereich des Hotels. Jeden Morgen kommen die Lieferanten und Müllabfuhr und,…deswegen sehr laut. Wir waren eine Woche dort und wurde nur einmal unsre Zimmer aufgeräumt und frische Handtücher aber nicht gesaugt. Es lag noch ein T-Shirt von den Gästen vor uns noch im Zimmer. Der Restaurant war geschlossen. Ich wurde diesen Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen.

Found it to be very noisy. Outside noise at 4am was awful. Inside could hear other room doors and banging. Could not adjust the room temperature or shut the window coverings. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

One of the less expensive hotels in the area. Friendly staff and clean and large rooms. Dollar for dollar, it is much better value that some more expensive hotels in the area. One downside, they used to provide free continental breakfast. It is not the case now. Still it is a good value.

Hallways are extremely LOUD. When the guest room Doors close they are terribly loud unlike any hotel I have ever stayed at Not much of a concierge service at the front seat with little to no information.

The area around this hotel is increasingly noisy, dirty and full of vagrants wandering around. The staff gave my wife a hard time when checking in as well due to us having different last names and me having made the reservation. I had to drop her off with the kids and the bags park the car a mile away due to the hotel not having parking onsite. The hotel advertises that it has parking but it does not. They partner with a garage about a 10 minute walk away.

Nice spot in Tribeca. The Botte Italian restaurant next door is tasty. The room and price is good. Walked to NYU with my family-daughter wants to go. Short Uber to Pier 16 for boat tours, and up to Empire State. I rented a car to go to Philly and DC getting out of the lower west side through the Holland Tunnel in minutes. I was impressed.

Although we didn't use housekeeping since we sleep in, housekeeping was VERY present in visible in all the rooms in our floor. Our room was very clean upon entering. Staff was okay. Property is very small. It was awesome to have a restaurant right on the property. A decent snack stand that was open all night. Great location that had plenty locations that were in walking distance, and a bus stop right across the street that can take you to midtown and subway stop right outside. Two big downsides: area is EXTREMELY noisy. Right next to a police station, much hustle and bustle, and windows were not sealed well to prevent sound, and even a draft. Also loading zone is very very small, and dangerous next to major street. Very challenging loading and unloading. Needs a bellhop service. Expedia advertises this having parking BUT it is affiliated with a lot few blocks off the property. Price for parking is per night and very expensive. Thanks
