We booked the room online through Expedia. Easy to do, easy to pay, efficient email confirmation. Checkin caught us a little off guard, had to whip out the credit card to cover the (refundable?) security fee. Wonder why it was not included when reserving the room… convenient location by the airport, actually no noise from planes! Complimentary breakfast was appreciated. Would stay again.

Average hotel with old amenities. Rooms are a bit antiquated, and i had to switch rooms due to a room with a bad smell and nonfunctioning heating system. The staff was curtious, and switched me to a different room after i complained. The hot water system is irregular. In the middle of a shower, cold water started to come out. It was convenient to get to LGA.

The staff was really great she wasnt rude like pass experiences she was polite she was great with the checking in experience you giys need more fr9nt desk employee like her she was really great in customers service she had advice me to sighn up for the rewards so i can get a discount ob my parkibg price cause there was no free parking left ajd when that happens they have inside garages that they charge 30 dollars a night but if you become a member thtough their hotel they give u a 20 dollar discount plus is free to join so why not .
