THE SPACE
Room 303 has one twin bed, a Smart TV for the guest`s own streaming accounts, complimentary Wi-Fi, mini refrigerator, blackout curtains, and independently controlled heating and air conditioning. There is no coffee maker.

The dedicated, locked bathroom is exclusively for Room 303 guests but is located across the shared hallway. It is not shared and has a shower only.

GUEST ACCESS
Unique keypad information is sent after verification. The shared backyard is available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

IMPORTANT ACCESSIBILITY DISCLOSURE: Approximately 8 outdoor steps plus 17 interior steps are required, about 25 steps in total. The bathroom requires crossing the shared hallway, and there is no elevator. Reaching the backyard through the building requires approximately 31 interior steps.

LOCATION
The Serene is centrally located in Harlem. The exact street address is provided only to confirmed guests. The 125th Street A/B/C/D subway station is approximately 0.3 mile away, with convenient express service toward Columbus Circle, Rockefeller Center, Bryant Park, Herald Square, and Times Square.

There is no on-site parking. Street parking may be available but is not guaranteed.

HOUSE RULES AND SAFETY
Check-in is after 3:00 PM and checkout is by 11:00 AM. A two-night minimum applies. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No parties or events. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. No pets except trained service animals.

For security, exterior and shared-area cameras record video only. There are no cameras inside private accommodations.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW
There is no crib, on-site laundry, or daily housekeeping.

The Serene is represented and operated by the host as a New York City Class B accommodation intended for lawful transient occupancy.
