Very nice hotel but would’ve been nice to know that the pool and outdoor bar were under renovation. The downstairs bar was closed on a Friday night, apparently due to staff shortage. The room was immaculate though, bed very comfy, and friendly service all around. I would have liked a coffee maker in the room. Very safe, walkable location.

I booked and paid through Expedia. Also put a deposit down when I arrived. Which is totally normal. But then when I checked out they asked me to pay a facility fee. No other hotel I’ve stayed at has done that. Seems just like a fraudulent way to take money from me. Just charge more for the room.

If you want to be able to sleep without loud music, I would select another hotel. Walls are thin so you can hear other people on the floor and there is music playing until 2-3am. Hotel staff was nice enough to wave fees and move us to a different room which helped.

Beautiful beautiful hotel, accommodations were incredible - staff super friendly. Work class breakfast, delicious best omelette I ever had and it came with my stay!

Domaine with house services was so quick and so kind and made sure I had everything I needed - this is huge - sometimes you have to wait or ask twice for something - NOT when Domaine is working! I appreciated that so much.

The room is clean but feels rather small. Not enough storage space in the bathroom. Towels, hair dryer and papers are stored up high in the shallow entry hallway closet. It looks better in the photos. Maybe most of furniture are from Wayfair if not Ikea.

Room 307 is a little hidden and with the exit sign right above to door it threw me off a little. Maybe put the 307 sign on the front of the door. Other than that everything else was great

Mediocre property, the room was bleak and unfriendly and more in line with a low priced chain hotel. Pricing not transparent: be aware of a $46 "facilities fee" charged daily for the gym and pool regardless of if you use it or not. Not worth the price.

Yhe stay was fine. Not at all exceptional though. The staff was friendly and locationwas very convenientfor us. On the negative side, the coffee was terrible every day. Way too weak a couple of days and way too strong a couple of days. Only nutrigrain bars offered. Gym was dingy and didn't have fans. We couldn't get out room to cool off for the entire 5 day stay.

Surprise $40/day extra "facility" fee
Everything was good except for a surprise $40 daily facility fee. Upon check in (I arrived at midnight), I was told I needed to agree to pay this for use of the "facilities." I said I had no plans on using anything other than the room I already agreed to pay for but this didn't matter. So basically the price was $40 per night more than agreed upon at the time of my reservation.

My room was right off the elevator and it was extremely noisey, didnt get a full night sleep the entire time. The laundry basket had trash in it from the previous occupants and didn’t receive water the last day, as well as each day the towels kept getting less and less. By the last day I got one towel, no wash clothe or hand towel. For the price and luxury of the hotel these are details I except to be better.

The rooms are very small. There are few drawers or closet space for our cloths so we had to live out of our suit cases. There was only one bathrobe for two people. Only one umbrella for two people and Coda did not have extras. It was raining for two days. There are no shelves in the bathroom and only one hook for wet towels and no place to put cosmetics. Finally there was only one useful light fixure and I had to turn it off before getting in bed since the switch could not be reached from bed. All this for over $400 a night. Never again

Love this hotel situated in a great area with lots of boutiques and restaurants within walking distance. The staff is very friendly and the overall vibe of the hotel is urban modern, and very cool.

Our 44 yr old son’s first wedding - Nov. 7- big big day. Hotel’s decor most attractive. Desk clerk extremely nice. Big problem - suite 605- clanking noise - 24 /7- location -bedroom corner of ceiling closest to bathroom and left ceiling corner- in shower stall closest to bedroom. Woke me up 2;30am- cold cold rm- no extra blanket- husband hard hearing- less than 4 hr sleep before big day.
