Summary:

Escape to your own private retreat on 90 acres in the Hocking Hills. Watch movies under the stars in your private outdoor theater, soak in the hot tub overlooking the hills, or gather around the fire after a day of exploring. Inside, you’ll find 3 king bedrooms, a queen-over-queen bunk room, game room with pool table, fully equipped kitchen and bold custom design throughout. Sleeps 12 and is perfect for families, couples and group getaways.



The Space:

This bold, design-forward cabin offers plenty of parking and incredible views from the living room’s oversized windows.



Upstairs, you’ll find 2 king bedrooms with Smart TVs, dramatic black walls, live-edge wood ceilings, custom LED signs, a one-of-a-kind mural, and a beautifully renovated kitchen. The living room features a 75" Smart TV and a full-size sleeper sofa. The bathroom includes a spacious shower plus a separate XL soaking tub.



Downstairs is built for entertaining, with a game room featuring a pool table and 2 Smart TVs. You’ll also find another king bedroom with a Smart TV, a bunk room with 2 queen beds, and a brand-new full bathroom.



Outside is where this cabin really stands apart. Relax in the private hot tub or enjoy the custom deck and private outdoor movie theater with seating for 12. An automatic projector screen drops down for movie nights, paired with a Smart projector and dedicated sound system for an unforgettable outdoor experience.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire property with plenty of on-site parking. The cabin is very private and surrounded by nature. A key is provided in the lockbox located to the right of the front door for easy self check-in.



The Neighborhood:

Escape to 90 private acres in the heart of the Hocking Hills region, surrounded by rolling hills, forests, and incredible views. Spend your days hiking, exploring caves, waterfalls, scenic overlooks, and everything Hocking Hills is known for, then retreat down your long private driveway to peace and seclusion. Relax in the hot tub, gather around the fire, and enjoy the quiet of the outdoors. Logan and McArthur are the closest towns for dining, groceries, and essentials.



Getting Around:

A personal vehicle is strongly recommended. The property is accessed by a long gravel driveway, and AWD or 4WD is recommended, especially during rain, snow, or other poor conditions. Uber or rideshare drivers may be willing to drop guests off, but pickup service from the property is not reliable.



Other Things to Note:

The outdoor theater is fully automatic—simply press the button to the left of the back door to lower the projector screen. The projector remote is stored in the holder by the basement back door leading to the deck.



Black towels by the back door are provided for hot tub use. You’ll also find plenty of hooks outside for towels.



Please remember that quiet hours begin at 10 PM. After 10 PM, no noise should be audible from the hot tub, theater, deck, or other outdoor areas.



We use Truvi as part of our guest screening process. The Truvi application must be completed under the primary guest’s name on the reservation, and the verification needs to be finished within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation, per State and City requirements. Please note that your reservation is considered fully confirmed once this step is completed.



Truvi also collects a one-time, non-refundable $35 damage waiver, which covers any accidental damage during your stay.
