Just a five-minute stroll to the CBD and right by the Scenic Coastal Walkway, this property offers an ideal setting for a memorable getaway. The open plan living and dining area, along with a fully equipped designer kitchen, is situated on the upper level, providing sweeping ocean views. A large stacker door opens to a partially covered outdoor area, where guests can savor a glass of merlot while enjoying expansive views of the sugar loaf islands and breathtaking sunsets.

- Guests are required to leave the property tidy
- Bookings exceeding 10 days incur an extra mid-term cleaning and linen fee every seven days
