Bella Vista New Plymouth
Das Bella Vista Hotel liegt sehr Zentral in New Plymouth und man kann fast alles zu Fuß erreichen. Das Zimmer ist gut eingerichtet und der Bett bequem, Badezimmer ist in Ordnung. Das Personal im Empfang war freundlich und das Einchecken unkompliziert. Frühstück ist zwar angeboten, aber besser gibt es einen Café gegenüber.

Lovely stay
Room was small but very clean and that's what we liked. Host was nice. Close to the restaurants and the Coastal Walkway. Only downside - no locks in the bathroom and no place to hang clothes. Highly recommended. Will stay again if in New Plymouth.

The location was superb. We checked in at 6,30 the evening and it was very cold, so it would have been nice to have had the heater on and curtains closed to make out unit more inviting. Very little in the way toiletries, no shampoo and only 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 adults! Room was pleasant enough and beds comfortable.

Hi. Thank you for your feed back. I am sorry the heater wasn't on for your arival as this is normal procedure when guest checkin after 4.30pm this time of the year. I am not sure of the date of your stay but will reinforce to the staff of our policy on room preparation. There also should have been a spear toilet roll in the room, again, apologees. We are looking at bathroom toiletries and are rolling out dispensers in the bathrooms for shower Gel, Shampoo and hand wash. I look forward to assisting you in the future with your accommodation needs in New Plymouth. Cheers Gary
