This hotel was an absolute nightmare. I was in town from Michigan for my son’s powerlifting meet which was directly next door. This is why I chose this location. We arrived approximately 11 AM to the hotel to inquire if our room was ready. I fully understand we were early, but I would think out of courtesy the person at the desk could possibly check. She was just irritable and could care less and just immediately said sorry not available till three. That’s when check-in is. We came back approximately 2 o’clock. My husband asked if she could find out how much longer it would be. She said she would call and let us know. We sat there an hour. She never once spoke to us or even looked our way at 3 o’clock she informed my husband the hotel is under construction renovation, which I had no prior knowledge of, and you would think outside the hotel it would say, please pardon our dust something to that effect, but I saw no signs of Work anywhere anyways, she proceeds to say that only the first floor is open so the room that we booked is not available but they could do a rollaway bad for our second bat I called Expedia, and although I did speak to a nice person, it was virtually a dead end. She transferred me to someone who supposedly helped me and the call was never answered, so I just took the nasty room that was available on the first floor room 124 absolutely deplorable conditions at this hotel disgusting filthy vile do not stay here. Paint peeling off the walls.
