This was a very nice place to stay. Very clean, close to the Steet Car, gas stations, convenience & liquor stores. The mattress needs to be replaced and there is nowhere to put your clothes. Communication was great, except for when I asked if I could ship a package to myself! We flew in for Essence on Spirit with a personal item only, and couldn't take everything we needed for the stay with us. I didn't get a response and we had to leave so I shipped the package USPS Priority (2 Day from my own USPS account with all of my info, business info and debit card info) using the check-in email. I was notified the package was delivered at 12:36pm or so, but when I got back to the room, package was not there. The neighbor picked it up, called the owner who came to get said package and didn't notify me! After several text messages, phone calls, and VRBO customer support, finally, he brought the box over! He informs me that he doesn't receive any mail at this location, and he didn't know WHAT I was shipping! It could be drugs! At this age, I'm not trying to start a life of crime, NOR bring sand to the beach! He could've let me know he got the package and had me go to the police station to pick it up if that was the case! Not drive around with our stuff!
