You’ll be a short walk or quick ride from unique spots like Old Arabi Sugar Museum and fun local eateries such as Kitchen Table Cafe, beloved Old Arabi Food Store, and classic Gerald's Donuts.



History lovers will enjoy exploring nearby landmarks, and outdoor enthusiasts can visit Chalmette Battlefield or stroll around the neighborhood. Great local restaurants like Stella Maris Restaurant & Grocery and Tsaōcaa (Chalmette) are just a short drive away. House Rules & Guest Guidelines:



Pets: Only approved pets are allowed. Pets are not permitted on furniture, and all pet waste must be picked up and properly disposed of outside. Unapproved pets will incur a $100 fee per animal. If a pet has an accident inside the home, a minimum $250 cleaning fee will apply (or the full cleaning cost, with receipt provided).



Parties & Gatherings: Absolutely no parties or gatherings are allowed. Any violation will result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund.



Guests: Only the number of guests listed on the reservation is allowed. No additional visitors.



Noise & Music: Keep noise to a minimum. Loud music and disruptive behavior are not permitted on the premises.



Smoking: No smoking indoors, including tobacco, vapes, or marijuana. Guests may smoke outside on the porch only, and all waste must be properly disposed of.



BBQ Grills: Any BBQ grill must be placed at least 10 feet away from the house.



Check-In/Check-Out: Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee. Guests staying past the agreed check-out time will be charged the applicable late check-out rate.
