„The house was very charming and cozy. It met all of our wants (2 bedrooms, king bed in primary, fenced in yard for dog, hot tub & fire pit, close to attractions). „The house itself was clean, spacious, and should have served us well. However, upon arrival, we learned the tap water was shut off and the hot tub was not working. Once the water bill was paid, the water came back on but not in time for us to shower (after hiking) before our dinner reservations. „Great setup on the river. Close to hiking and other amenities, like Masanutten water park. For us, the setup of the property was even better in person. Kids loved the loft. We used the hot tub every night along with the fire pit. Lots of wood split and ready. Kayaking was a blast and really beautiful views no matter what direction you look. You can hear the river flowing from the house with the windows open. Even our dog had a blast! Everything was clean and organized. Highly recommend. “
