„Nice, peaceful farmhouse with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Close to vineyards and quaint villages with great restaurants, however the best thing about it is its proximity to the Old Rag Mountain trailhead. If you're planning to do that hike, this home is just a short walk to the trailhead so you won't have to worry about the parking issues, and after the hike, the hot tub on the home's deck is heavenly! Wonderful place for a wonderful get away!“

„The view from the deck is amazing! My partner and I spent the night in the hot tub looking at the stars above us, and we cooked with the kitchen equipment and ran the fireplace all night. It's definitely a very bumpy/rocky road to the house that's best conquered with an AWD car (or with their included 4x4s at the start of the gravel road), but it's 100% worth it!“

„The property is in excellent condition, and as described. The host is extremely responsive and provides fantastic detail about the property. Very quiet rural neighborhood down a gravel road. Fantastic views from the cabin. Only complaint is the king bed was overly firm and the frame was noisy. The comfort of the bed just didn't match the excellent quality of everything else in the property. We enjoyed the selection of DVDs, games, and jigsaw puzzles.“

„We had a wonderful time at the farmhouse. The house is a great blend of historic farmhouse with modern amenities. Soooo quiet - the occasional cow and rooster from a distance is all we heard at night. The stars were breathtaking.Very easy access to Shenandoah River state park, downtown Luray, and Skyline Drive. Had a great time!“

„The property was very well taken care of. Very clean and had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, air fryer, InstaPot, CrockPot, Blender, etc. There was dish soap and a sponge in the kitchen, which I greatly appreciated! We needed to bring our dog, and we wanted to be in close proximity to the Shenandoah Park entrance. You are definitely in a quiet secluded location. “

„This place was so lovely and peaceful. It really is tucked away and has a cute little balcony. Lots of hiking nearby in Shenandoah. Would definitely stay here again. My only negative is the door to this room has a huge gap at the bottom and nothing around the outside giving any sort of sound buffer. So you can hear everything. Other than that, it was wonderful. “
