With room for up to 17 guests, this charming 4-bedroom, 2-bath home is thoughtfully designed for groups who enjoy gathering together, with comfortable shared spaces and cozy retreats throughout. The open-concept main floor with a central fireplace features a living room and sitting corner with views of the yard and lake through picture windows that allow light to pour in. The hand-crafted high-top dining room table with seating for 9 is easily accessible from the kitchen. On the main floor, you’ll also find two cozy bedrooms and a ¾ bathroom with a bathtub. The walk-out basement boasts the master bedroom and a full bath that provide a quiet retreat, with large windows overlooking the lake, as well as a game room – perfect for board games or another space to hang out. Finally, the upstairs great room is a haven for kids, with multiple beds and room for sleepovers.


Outdoor Fun:
Experience outdoor fun all year round at our beautiful lakefront home! In the summer, swim in the refreshing waters and enjoy boating adventures on the lake. As fall arrives, gather around the Solo Stove fire pit to savor cozy evenings with friends and family, surrounded by the vibrant autumn colors. In winter, bundle up for snowball fights or building snowmen in the yard, and keep your outdoor gear organized in the convenient gear room to maintain a clutter-free space.

Enjoy endless fun in the game room, equipped with board games, puzzles, mini-basketball, giant Connect 4, Uno, playing cards, and arts and crafts. Relax in the living room with a smart TV and a cozy central fireplace. Gather around the Solo Stove fire pit or unwind in Adirondack and rocking chairs on the deck. Additional amenities include a full-size washer with supplies, a workstation in the basement with an extra monitor, and fast Wi-Fi with strong cell coverage. There is a gear room to store any winter gear and keep your space clutter free, and the entryway has plenty of hooks, shelves, shoe trays, and baskets, plus boot and glove dryers to keep your group organized and dry!

Elysium is ideal for guests 4+yo, and parents of infants and toddlers should note the following: rooms are not baby-proofed, and there are accessible outlets, small toys, potential sharp edges, and open stairways. Parents/guardians are responsible for both the safety of their children during their stay and ensuring that Elysium property is not damaged. Children may not be left alone outdoors, as our yards are not fenced in, and both the lake and road may be hazardous. Thank you for your partnership in following these rules as we strive to ensure the safety of all of our guests.
