„Excellent, friendly host made us very welcome and was so attentive to our needs.
All meals were of a very high standard, ser ved hot and quickly. Breakfast buffet was exceptional.

„The stay at Aden house was fantastic! The owner Martin was very friendly and helpful, giving us advice about the area and sights to see as well as places to eat. The en-suite appears to be a converted closet and while not the roomiest of commodes, grants excellent privacy and sufficient facilities. The area is lovely and the breakfast we were served included the Best full Scottish breakfast we had in the two weeks we've visited Scotland. Amazingly friendly and personable hosts! Highly recommend!“

They showed me how to get there with a minor de-tour and provided a map!

"Gardenstown is a sweet little village on the coast about one hour north of Aberdeen. The house is located perfectly with an amazing view to the ocean directly out of the kitchen window. It is newly renovated. Everything is in perfect working order. Car can be parked in front of the house. Andreas, our landlord, is a super friendly and relaxed person and gave us both, helpful hints for visits in the area as well as e.g. a gas grill to prepare out freshly self-caught North Sea fish. It is also worth going to a local pub and participate in a Pub Quiz. Very nice opportunity to get in touch with the locals. All very friendly, as all Scottish people we met during our stay. So a 100% recommendation for the whole set."

Leider waren uns die Betten zu hart.
Sehr störend fanden wir, dass die Dusche nur über eine fest montierte Brause an der Wand und keine Handbrause verfügt. Die Abgrenzung zur Toilette war ein Duschvorhang.
Das, an sich tolle Waschbecken befindet sich im Schlafzimmer auf Teppichboden und nicht im Bad.
